Works great, dims the light and folds for storage/portability. I had a problem before, my c coaster spilled and this resulted in a serious wound on the white and black parts. It wasn't a terrible spill, so at first I didn't even know it happened. I'm assuming the light will now go out from tear diffusion which means another $50 replacement and I've only had it for about 2 weeks. I wish the materials were a bit stronger in this case. Also note that you will need an AC stand if you want full control over the panel lighting connected to it. Otherwise the light will get stuck in one position as this diffuser prevents it from moving in the U-bracket. I have an AC stand and can use it now to really get the light where I need it, but the Neewer Heavy Duty was $150.
