Review on The Fraud Explorer by John Hall

The Fraud Explorer tool gives me the ability to pull in information from other sources and create reports to help me make decisions about my fraud and abuse initiatives. It is not intuitive and can be a bit slow. It would be better if it allowed customization of the tool, but it does not. The tool is only as good as the data you put into it, so be sure to pick the right data and data sources that will be useful to you. The Fraud Explorer can help you understand where your risk is and where it may not be. It is giving me the ability to manage fraud risk at the organization level and across the organization. It is easy to use, it helps me keep track of all my accounts and provides excellent customer service if I ever have any questions. There are some features that could be improved such as being able to see what transactions were made in real time by using their mobile app or website instead of having to go through the desktop version. This software has helped us identify fraudsters trying to access our account without permission or stealing money from our business.
