This is a very, very heavy pillow with filling.
The quality seems normal. My husband and I filled it up and filled it with at least 3-4 gallons of water. Before bed, of course. I tried it, thinking I needed a little less but decided to wait until morning. I pulled the plug a bit this morning but got away with it. Simply that way. In a few seconds it was empty. I decided we didn't want a potential water spill on our latex mattress. Returned immediately. Think carefully before you buy. My sister got one and loved it. I'm not questioning the comfort, but the stress of getting him to change the sheets is a challenge.
