I like how easy it was to set up, customize my dashboard, and integrate with other apps/websites without any issues or errors! It's great for companies who are trying out new products because they can test them before going live. So far there isn't anything i dislike specifically but if you have questions feel free contact support via chat in their website which has been very helpful so far when asking questions regarding customization of dashboards! We're currently using this as an internal tool within our organization (small team) however we do plan to use it outside of work once testing proves successful. Dashboard setup was fast and straightforward - didn’t require much training time needed by employees. The ability to create a widget which can be embedded on 3rd party websites, the dashboard is easy to use, the support is great, it's easy to integrate. The dashboard is not as well organized as I would like. It is a very good tool, but I feel that the dashboard could be more user-friendly. I am solving the problem of tracking the app usage.
