I like this because it doesn't scream for cremation decorations because I know it worries some people. It's beautiful and versatile enough to wear every day. Somehow I imagined that this would all be hollow and could be filled with ash, although there is a very small cavity for the ash. But if you've never tried putting cremation ashes into a piece of jewelry through a tiny funnel, it's not going to be a super easy task. So I wasn't disappointed when I didn't have to continue. Anyone doing this for a loved one should know beforehand that there are many larger pieces that don't go through the hopper and the whole process is just plain uncomfortable. This is NOT a design flaw, it is in the nature of the task. The thing is, if you're buying this, it's probably because you recently lost a loved one, and that really makes the task a nuisance!
