They're only really good for fine drawing or writing
I knew they weren't 'thick' markers but thought the color penetration would be a little better. This is good if you want to write in lowercase or outline drawings, but don't want to color in shapes or large areas. They dry fairly quickly and don't penetrate the wooden decorations we made for the holidays. In the future I would prefer to buy acrylic paint.
