Worth the extra cost compared to other similar products. Very durable. Fits well in my (small) closet. It has a decent capacity, especially considering that flip flops and women's flats fit under the bottom shelf. The staged photo of this item shows the slippers on the top shelf, which is a little creepy. If you look closely, you might think that the same slippers could easily fit under the bottom shelf, and I confirm they can (not these specific slippers, but similar types of shoes). I recommend using the top shoe rack. This shoe rack looks better aesthetically than the cheaper products I've had before. Finally, the height of the shoe rack is not so high that it cannot be placed in the closet under the bar, where shirts and jackets can be hung up to the waist. Wearing it under a long dress or a trench coat will not work. Well yes - some assembly required, not really that difficult if you're really not mechanically inclined. I put two together in 30 minutes using just the tools provided.
