OVERVIEW: There are things I love about this case and just a few things that I feel can be tweaked to make it perfect close. Overall I think this case strikes a good balance between protection and functionality. The leather construction is well made and feels good in the hand. I have the black color which I think looks best and has a black keyboard to match. SIZE: As for the keyboard, I think it works well for its size, but what I like most is the detachable aspect it has if you don't plan on using it that day. The keys are a bit smaller and closer together than usual, but as with all keyboards, it takes a little getting used to. RELATED: I haven't had any connection issues so far, and it connects pretty quickly for me. The connection buttons are easy to use and set up immediately. There's really no need to take the keyboard out and use it remotely for an iPad, so I don't see range as an issue. The only negative I can say about the case is its thickness. and how the screen slips when you try to prop it up. I think the case has too many layers of leather making it too bulky. It takes the once thin and slick iPad case and transforms it into the size of a thick book. Also, I think there could be a rubber strip at the bottom of the screen stand to hold it better. FINAL THOUGHTS: I think there are a lot of good options in the market for iPad cases with keyboards in the $30 range. So I would do your research before you decide on a case and find something that is exactly what you want. If you want a case that you can scatter around and just toss in your bag without hesitation, I would recommend this case.
