In order to give an honest evaluation, you have to try and use the product for a while. With that in mind, here is my honest opinion. I bought it because I was going on a 9 state trip. I was skeptical because it came with Stick Strips similar to Command Strips. I know from experience that when exposed to heat, the glue becomes sticky and loses its adhesion. I have to say it delayed the east coast line to Florida and back to New York. The plastic is cheap but not broken. The spring load for the phone held up pretty well, although at times I thought it would break when I removed my phone. rattles constantly and needs to be tightened. Another thing that didn't work for me is that the tray isn't deep enough to hold anything in it. The phone grip has a good grip if you don't mind taking the phone cover off. I don't particularly like taking my phone cover off and putting it back on every time I get in and out of my car. But for now it will be enough.
