Waterproof is good for raincoats
I managed to find a wonderful autumn/winter coat that is 100% waterproof. I was looking for a light weight for summer rain. This coat is not 100% waterproof but has enough water repellency. Sprayed with 3M water repellent spray. Fingers crossed it does. Otherwise it's ok in light rain, but not a heavy downpour. It fits well, light and cute. It seems to be quite well made and is very easy to put on and take off. In general I am very happy with them. If it was waterproof as advertised I would give it five stars.
