Before buying this item I asked the seller if it is really warm in winter. They confirmed that this is indeed the case. I'm not sure where the sellers spend the winter, maybe in Florida or somewhere on a tropical island. because these clothes are garbage. My initial thoughts on this "fleece lined" jacket were more like it was nothing more than a heavyweight shirt with absolutely no actual real fleece material inside. The sizing was right and the fit felt good, but that's where the good things about this "jacket" end. It's clearly not made from what any outdoor person would call a fleece, it's NOT warm even with a polar weight base layer and another outdoor layer on top. that. After wearing it while walking for exactly 1 hour, the "fleece" material crumbled and stuck to my underlayer and pants. Upon further inspection, I found subtle stains on the material throughout the main body of this jacket. One of them is the Pocket area which as you can see has ripped through leaving a thumb sized hole.This jacket is the very last thing any hunter or just about anyone who wants to stay warm and leave no trace of down needs China made which isn't always bad but in this case it's because they obviously don't understand what the US outdoor market needs during the cold months.It comes back and I move on.Sometimes I spend money. " 2-3 times more in the long run is a smarter move.
