Cats love it! for my opinion
My Cats literally fought to sleep on the top shelf. They also go into the bottom shelf to play. One of them particularly likes it. It's rare that she's not sleeping on the top shelf. She also loves chewing the little hook and tearing it apart. I'll probably have to buy a replacement soon. LOL
