I'm glad I took the risk. Didn't spend too much on a stylus after buying an iPad Pro 12.9 2019. This stylus proved to be a great find and value. Turns off/on with a double tap on the back and pulls like clockwork. It charges via USB-C but attaches to the iPad with a magnet. It has a good auto power off function when not in use. Comes with an additional typing and tilting feature, which I haven't used yet, but it comes with palm deflection for 20% of the price. So I'll probably pick up a fruit stick for full compatibility one day, but now that I have it I'm in no rush.
