Very light, very soft, does not attract dog hair, not small like a blanket, great as a personal blanket, also good in cold or hot weather. This will be everyone's favorite blanket. I washed it in lukewarm water before use, dried it on a medium heat and then dried it in a cool place with a fragrance dryer, it washes great and looks fantastic on the bed, I'm sure it would make a good throw as well can be a chair or sofa.
