Nice phone. Calls, SMS, speakers are excellent. Bottom. Google Mose Badic apps are downloaded to the phone but the apps are not showing. To access messages, I need to view contacts. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but didn't solve the problem. This applies to most pre-installed Google apps. The phone does not transmit/reflect either. The app will never launch available devices. Tried 5 different TVs. Contacted support and they disconnected the call without speaking to me. I would definitely not recommend. I'm switching back to Samsung. Attention buyers! Update: Customer Service tried to help. It was possible to install the news application on the right retractable tab. Apps still appear in the Apps section, but you can add them to this tab, with the exception of Photos. But aside from the app issues, it's a good phone. If they do a software update to show all apps (including background/software apps) on the device, it might get 4 stars. Losing a star for one of the support reps who took all of my info and never called back and for a software bug that still hasn't been fixed. Everything else about this phone is perfect.
