Arrow stuck

The height of the stand is large. It also seems quite durable. However, after the second use of the dart, I noticed that the hand didn't move easily after I let go of the handle to close the dart. As you can see in the picture, when tightening the lever that locks the boom, the hex nut sinks too far into space (usually it sinks deeper than shown in the picture). Thus, even when you let go of the lever, the pressure on the arrow is not released. I have to remove the lever (I have the picture of the lever above) and hit it with a hammer to force the hex nut out so I can put it back in its original position. I contacted the seller to see if there was anything they could do. about it and said there was nothing they could do (which as a buyer is disappointing). I bought it in March of this year but didn't use it until April and by the time I realized what was going on, the months-long return period had already expired. I would not recommend this product to people who need to adjust their boom. If you're the only person using it and you always use it in the same spot (perhaps sitting on a stool and playing guitar) it might be ok. In this case, however, you don't need anything that big. I use it with a condenser mic to record video on location so I have to keep my arm moving at all times. I have ordered another one from another seller and will test it extensively. Eventually, one of the sandbag's zippers broke, but I was ready to take care of it.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Boom arm falls with ease(no matter how hard you tighten). Not safe.
