Flexible cable duct is fine and certainly very strong and (when installed) clearly weatherproof. My only gripe and the reason I deducted a star is that this canal is extremely stiff and difficult to manage in short sections. In general I'd suggest unrolling the coil as much as possible and maybe leaving it on the pavement or pavement to warm up a bit before attempting to use it.
