This case was purchased for my 2013 Ipad MD788LL/B. This is one of the pitfalls of online shopping. I don't think it was worth the $20 I paid for it. The case covers the volume button, so you have to press hard to adjust the volume. In addition, it is not suitable for charging. You will need to screw on the plastic of the new case so that you can plug the charging cable into the port on the iPad device. The quality of the body just isn't there. With the triple case you should have your hands free for the iPad. On the first try, my iPad fell on the floor. Now I will order a genuine Apple replacement.
