I bought Diamond White to brighten the "dark hole" in my walnut furniture. On the bottom of the cabinets, I stuck double-sided tape along the front opening, sides, and back, leaving the top protective layer of tape in place. Then I sprayed diatomaceous earth in the cupboard (to protect against silverfish). I took off the top protective layer of tape and installed the liners. Since my base cabinets don't have shelves, I installed freestanding shoe racks that I bought from Revain: Seville Classics 3-Tier Iron Mesh Utility Shoe Rack, Satin Pewter. What a busy day but I'm happy with the 5 star results. When I recover from this project I will start with the upper cabinets. Tip: I had to cut the liners 1" wide to fit my closets, but a disk cutter and cutting mat made it easy to get a clean edge. .UPDATE: I need lots of this 12' x 24' product to fill all of my top shelves. If you need more, look around - I found a box of 6 rolls at Home Depot which was cheaper than buying 4 individual rolls, I have enough for my kitchen and utility shelves and all of the kitchen and bathroom drawers
