Has been running for 3 months now, makes horrible noise

Bought to replace a broken OEM fan that was getting noisy. Easy installation and everything was fine for 3 months. Now it's louder than the fan I replaced. I doubt it will be another month. It was maybe half the price of replacing the original, but definitely not worth the saving.
