I just needed a pilates yoga bra, nothing heavy but rather a light to medium impact and this bra is perfect for that. I wanted something that was comfortable, breathable, lightweight yet supportive and this does just that. I wear a 36C and ordered XL. It was a bit tight at first but after a while it stretched a bit and now it fits me perfectly. There is some light padding on the front that I keep in case I get cold and don't want to show it. I wash and dry it in my machine and my bra comes out clean without shrinking, fading or even tearing. I've been wearing this bra for about a month, I try to alternate between this one and the other but it seems to be the one I use a lot more. Even with constant use, it still fits and looks great. I even wore it when I walked my dogs and even ran a business. Whether I wear it for a few hours or just an hour while working out, this bra gives me the support I need without leaving painful red marks on my cheeks and back.
