The filter arrived today and I tried it right away. So far I'm impressed. I would give this place 5 stars except for a few things. As others have also mentioned in the reviews, the batteries were missing. There was a small white empty box with no batteries inside. Also the tiny spot where you attach the cord to plug into an outlet. It took me several attempts to attach the cable. I also find the product to be reliable and very good. I've filtered multiple cans of water in just a few minutes. I was expecting some noise when turning it on, but the filter is nice and quiet.
