ODIER: An Unsatisfactory Experience Throughout

I had great expectations for ODIER, an online retailer that claims to offer premium sports and outdoor gear. My interaction with the business, however, was very disappointing. First of all, the menus and poorly defined categories on their website made it challenging to explore. Even so, there was a small selection of the items I was looking for, which took me considerably longer than I had anticipated. I placed my order after choosing the items I wanted, then I waited for arrival. However, ODIER provided no updates or communications regarding the progress of my order, and my shipment was delayed by a number of weeks. When it did, I discovered that the items were not what had been advertised on the internet. The bags I got were flimsy and badly made, and the biking gloves I ordered were unpleasant and did not fit well. To voice my concerns, I attempted to get in touch with ODIER's customer care, but they were unreachable and useless. They appeared to have little regard for the caliber of their offerings or the contentment of their clients. Overall, I was disappointed with ODIER. I cannot suggest this business to anyone searching for dependable sports and outdoor gear due to the confusing website, low product quality, and subpar customer support. Avoid the trouble and shop elsewhere if you want a better experience.
