Torn after 4 weeks due to leak
I expect more from a brand like Cuisinart. I will try to make a warranty claim. Update: I have to pay for shipping the old kettle plus a $7 handling fee. Overall customer service was good but I am not happy with the warranty policy. I'd happily pay $7 for a replacement, but at that price I'll just buy a brand new one.
