Review on 🔌 Anker PowerWave 3 in 1 Wireless Charging Station for Apple iWatch, iPhone 12, SE, AirPods Pro - Qi-Certified Stand by Nick Bigalow

UPDATE 12/30/20: anker ist anker has sent a replacement and the new charging station and masonry work perfectly. There is no electrical noise at all. The odd computer hiss my partner heard was gone. She can sleep through the night without any strange noises from this charging station. I'm going to upgrade my rating from 3 to 4 stars because Anker is really through, but this time I had to jump through some hoops with their support team. It would be 5, but 4 stars is fair. ORIGINAL REVIEW: My partner loves this wireless charging station. We had another wireless charging dock from Anker, which placed the phone flat and didn't have room to charge AirPods. We returned the original due to a cable management system that didn't allow the unit to sit flush. It will eventually move to a point where the cord comes loose and the floor almost slips off. I was able to fix it with sandpaper and a sophisticated knife, but it wasn't worth it. I saw this as an option and although it costs more and doesn't include a charging box I bought it. Put it up tonight and she loves it. Everything is working fine. The blue light that shows you the charging status is bright enough to let you know, but not bright enough to disturb your sleep. The only thing that bothers me is that the charging box is not included. Update 12/05/20: For the last few nights my partner has been telling me that she constantly hears hissing computer noises. I never heard it until last night. The sound comes from the iPhone charger on the Anker charging cradle. AirPod and Apple Watch work and make no sound at all. I will contact customer service, they will always help! I don't want to return this stand as it's always sold out. I hope Anker can tell me what the noise is and if it's normal. Until then, I have to retract my original assessment.
