We just LOVE this item. I have kids so of course they had to test it out as soon as it arrived. I can't describe it other than adorable. There are small green laser dots of different sizes that appear and disappear, creating the illusion of twinkling green stars. The color projector is also good. It's almost like waves I guess? You can project a single color or combine two colors (e.g. red and blue for purple). When I ordered it I wasn't expecting much. I thought it would be a cool night light. However, you can connect it via Bluetooth to play songs from your phone. So we used it to play lullabies to the kids while they dozed off and watched the softly moving lights. If you're a parent, you know how to fight before bed. It was awesome because it was a calming influence. My only issue with the projector is that the instructions are difficult to understand. I think it has the ability to respond to music but I'm not sure. You may need an application to use this feature, if it has one. But the app only works when the internet connection is slow? Connecting to Bluetooth was interesting as you have to toggle it on and off multiple times to enter pairing mode. As a result, a large, very bright light blinds you several times in rapid succession. It wasn't bad, just a little annoying when you weren't expecting it. Overall I would call this a good buy.
