First of all, the feel of the product is amazing. It's well built, I like the feel, and the sound quality that comes out of it is excellent. I have a Jabra 510 and have been using them alternately for about 15 days. Bottom line, the mic falls out even when I'm close. I was so keen on loving this device and wanted to keep it on the Jabra, but the microphone is the most important part and that wasn't enough. Hopefully this will be fixed in another version. The command button is also very convenient, especially because once the group meeting starts, you can press the button on the device and you will be taken directly to the meeting. A small feature, but the more I used it, the more I liked it. But then again, a microphone error forced me to return this one.
