Desktop monitor from a docking station, switching between a few different laptops in my home office. After a few months of daily use I can simply report that I have seen absolutely no problems and I am still amazed by the wonderful experience I have with a 2K monitor every day. This cable is one of those things that you just forget when it does what it's supposed to, it's perfect with no issues or issues. I understand that there are those who demand the absolute highest resolution and fastest data transfer due to very specific needs. like high definition gaming, high definition photo editing and streaming and so on. Since my requirements are well below the advertised capacity of this cable, I expect I won't have any problems for years! Build quality is excellent and I have no other comments other than that it's just a great display port cable. ready for the future, that's why I got it. I look forward to using this cable for many years to come as I sincerely hope to have a 4K or even 8K monitor in a few years!
