Review on Avantra by Mark Estrada

I like how easy it was from start of quote through implementation process - very smooth! The team has been amazing (I have worked w/ 4 different teams). Nothing really that could be improved upon but some things were not communicated clearly which did cause confusion when trying new workflows / processes during transition phase between our old infrastructure & this one. We are able solve so many issues by using APO's solution vs having someone come out each month who spends an hour explaining why we need another tool instead!! It saved us time because now everyone can get what they want done quickly without spending extra man hours doing tasks manually every single day. No headaches anymore about data being incorrect within system since all records match up once finished processing thru API gateway via apo service provider! This made my life easier everyday knowing everything would always update correctly no matter if any errors occur throughout week after submitting info.
