In fact, I am ordering another one and throwing out all my regular pillows.It is shipped compressed, so when you open the package it looks like fabric only. It's really pretty funny. But, as the instructions say, just toss it in the dryer for a few seconds and it will fill out.-----UPDATED----2nd order:The first pillow I ordered was as expected. See above review. BUT, I ordered a second pillow and. EWWW they sent me a USED pillow! The second one was not only not compressed in its nice little bag like the first one was, but it also had someone's pillow protector on it and fully fluffed.You just lost my business.The pillow gets 5 stars, but the company sending out a used pillow gets zero stars. I'm really not sure how to give an overall rating.
