The best thing about this software is that it can be used to manage all your backups of data from various servers. Also it has advanced features like cloud support which are not available with other products as well. I would love if they provide more security options so i could set up my own firewall rules but overall its good product. It's very easy to use and also provides you option to create different schedules or policies depending upon what kind of business activity one needs help during day time hours etc. We have been using sep since last 5 years now we managed our server backups by just clicking few buttons without worrying anything else because everything was automated.
