Great for a touch monitor and a great alternative to the Wacom Cintiq. The screen is really glossy, as people have said here, so it's difficult with a stylus. Also, I use it as a second monitor and need to clone the display instead of extending it. Otherwise it just uses the monitor like a regular touchpad on my other monitor. In general, it works well as a useless monitor. However, it is not recommended for graphic design. Also note: Photoshop CS6 does not work with touch screen functions. However, CS4 does this.
