Where to start. Generally cool. Observations: I don't think 16GB RAM and 1TB SSD is enough for what a machine with an RTX 3080 can do (not that there are many games to try). I updated with another M2 Firecuda 2TB stick. However, there are two 8GB RAM sticks that I need to upgrade (and two free slots). The graphics card I received is MSI not Gigabyte as shown in the picture. The case is big, bigger than my Corsair 680X, but the 680X can't handle half as many fans as this case. The RTX 3080 is very large and I wouldn't recommend going in a smaller chassis. Also, the graphics card closes the additional M2 slot, and you need to remove it to install it. The only odd detail was the bottom bracket for the graphics card, which I've never seen before. So, here's the main thing I wanted to share: The case is mostly glass, so the panel was completely shattered in transit. I spent hours, cuts, a few whining and other so various coping mechanisms trying to clean it up. Box - even with Discord contact info (?). So I contacted Thermaltake directly via Discord and not only did they provide me with a replacement panel while I spoke to them, they also helped me figure out where the bracket and screws for the 2 - mounted btw). I saw another review that said this system is overpriced. Technically?, sort of. But the work that went into making the machine is INCREDIBLY reliable, artistic looking and super professional (25+ years of personal experience). While I think 32GB of RAM would have made the system a definite buy, it's a nice machine and I'm happy with the service and professionalism so far.
