I like that we have been able to use their cloud-based solution for our business communications with ease of access from any device at anytime anywhere without having to worry about hardware or software issues. The system is easy to navigate and user friendly. It has allowed us to be more efficient in our day-to-day operations which can only benefit our clients. We haven't experienced anything so far as an issue with this product/service. If you are looking for a cost effective way to communicate internally then definitely give it a try! This allowed me to easily manage all my work related emails using one platform.
