My husband and I bought this watch for our 8 year old as a cheap alternative to the Gizmo. The reviews I've read here have shown that this can be paired with our cell service provider and that was a good deal. It is not true. The product is cheap. It doesn't connect to a real cellular carrier, so I bought the suggested SIM card. The watch did not read the SIM card and there was no instruction in the watch or on the internet how to solve this problem. It didn't cost any money. It's cheap and I'm very disappointed. The company also contacted me to remove my original review for a refund. I deleted it but never got my money back. I won't make that mistake again.
