This curling iron is the best I have ever used. First, don't pull your hair. The cord attached to the base rotates, so you don't have to adjust it. All the controls are out of the way, so you can't turn it on or off or change the heat settings. Every time you turn it on, the temperature stays the same (unless you change it, of course). You'll have to play around with this to figure out what temperature is right for your hair, but it's all trial and error. I bought it with a gift card, believing I wouldn't lose anything if I didn't like it. With others costing 100.00 plus it's a bargain. I promise you, you won't regret it!
