Bathroom Assembly Tips

What worked for me: 1. Unscrew the plugs from each of the three rods.2. On one of the frames, insert each of the three rods into the socket and hold them in place by screwing the end cap onto the outside of the frame (one at a time). **Note: Leave the end cap loose as the fit will need to be adjusted before fully tightening. ** **Tip: Retighten the stopper until it clicks into place, then turn the stopper clockwise to tighten. This prevents the cap (screw) **3 from twisting. Install the three-bar frame and align the second frame member with one of the bars (I chose to start top-down, although this may not matter). second frame member and screw the end cap loose enough to hold it in place. Repeat these steps for the last two bars, being careful not to cross the end cap screws (and again leaving the threads relatively loose as you will need to level the structure before fully tightening) the four slots. I found it easiest to roughly align the two front pins by inserting them only halfway into the slots and then pushing the tray for the two rear slots into place. Once all four were roughly aligned, I pushed the tray all the way into the slots all at once. When I tried installing the tray diagonally (putting two fully in place and then trying to insert the last two slots) I was tr Easy to align 6. Once the tray and all 3 rods are in place, connect all 6 end caps. Start by tightening the end caps to medium tightness. I started at the top left (facing the front of the towel rail), then the bottom right, then the top right, then the bottom left, then the center left, and finally the center right. At this point, the frame, poles and base pan should be straight. If not, loosen and adjust the frame accordingly.8. To fully tighten the end caps I found it easiest to use a pair of rubber gloves. Gloves require much less gripping power and offer a much tighter fit.
