Great find! I've looked everywhere for a professional looking work backpack and finally found it! This backpack is wonderful! So many compliments so far. The only criticism is that the backpack hangs too low because the holes in the straps are not big enough to lift the backpack higher on your back. Went to the leather shop to add more holes to the straps and now the backpack is perfect. I raised concerns to a very responsive seller and they will heed my suggestion to add more holes so other buyers of this beautiful backpack don't have the same issue. Only given 4 instead of 5 stars because of missing holes.
