I wish I would like them but compared to the Skullcandy Dime the two biggest issues are the sound quality and the lack of a strap on the case. I wanted small Bluetooth headphones that fit in the 5th jean pocket. The Skullcandy Dime beats them out of the water in terms of sound quality, they have a lower profile and the strap I really like allows me to attach it to my keychain. I've tried other Monster in-ear headphones and the difference in sound quality is definitely staggering. Benefits β’ Fits well, has a low profile and doesn't protrude too much. β’ Very low latency. β’ It is convenient to hold the earpiece on the side to change its position without pressing the touch button. β’ Convenient touch controls. Responsive and audible indication of your actions (just not play/pause). β’ Lie comfortably on your side with your head resting on a pillow. β’ Wireless charging and USBC. β’ Fits well in fifth jeans pocket. Smooth and round body. β’ If you're using an earbud, you can still steer either backwards or forwards (but not both), depending on your earbuds. Cons β’ Quiet hoarse sound, lack of bass. May cause hearing fatigue. β’ Short battery life. 4 hours solo/21 hours total β’ Gold logo on side of earcup, not as discreet as it could be. Gold mic grille front and center when facing forward. β’ No beep on play/pause. β’ No tip. The SkullCandy Dime has a carry strap which I really like as I can attach it to my keychain or whatever and not lose it. β’ No indication of the battery level. β’ Jumps and fast resync issues when the phone is in the next room.
