Shoes that are not designed to provide arch support
When the arch support is inserted into the boot, it is tightened. The support itself is fine, the shoe does not have enough room to accommodate the support. I bought shoes a half size bigger and they are just too tight. It is best to buy bandages and put them in comfortable shoes. The overall quality of the shoes does not match the price.
