Review on EPSoft Intelligent Automation Platform by Charles Palma

Easy to use as it integrates well with other EPsoft platforms such as EPP and EPCC. The best part of this solution is that you don't have to do any coding or scripting to get things done. It has got a lot of modules out there which are fairly simple in their design. This makes the setup process very quick and error free. I dont think there is anything specific that i can say is good about this product except its pricing structure. It's quite costly compared to other solutions like Automation Anywhere. You need to be willing to invest some money in order to make the most of this solution. We used Automation Anywhere initially but then realized that for our needs it was too limiting in terms of what we could do. So we moved over to EPSoft. What we liked the most was the seamless integration with other EPSoft products like EPP. The best thing about this product is that it has been designed in such a way so as to be very user friendly. It's also quite flexible which makes it ideal for any kind of organization. I have no complaints at all regarding its features or functionality. However, sometimes when you try to add new modules it takes time to load them up. If you are looking for an automated solution then EPSoft will definitely help you out. We use it mainly to automate our manual processes like data entry etc.
