I bought this last November and hooked it up to my iphone 5s straight away. Okay, it's an old iPhone, but I've never had any trouble connecting bluetooth to this phone. These headphones keep turning on and off. So I put them on the shelf knowing I was going to upgrade to the Iphone X. I bought one of these for my iPhone X, they fit together perfectly and worked as described. They are good in the gym, they sit on your head and nothing gets stuck in your ears so I like the comfort, they can be worn for hours. Battery life isn't that great and you can't tell how charged they are. So when I'm on a conference call, the audio is sometimes very distorted and delayed (my voice sounds that way to others, and sometimes everyone else to me). I have to rip them off my head and go straight to my phone's speakerphone. It's annoying. Then I have to charge them, but I usually charge them every day. I wouldn't use them if I had an important conference call. Now when I carry my phone in my pocket and listen to music, they also start turning off every minute or so. I assume it's the battery, so I just plug it back in to charge for an hour or two. In general they are good when they work but not very reliable, maybe I don't charge them enough, maybe the battery just doesn't last all day. They're good for the price, but be careful, you might have to deal with these annoyances.
