I've been looking for a case that can be used vertically and this is perfect for that. It's durable, has a strong magnet, and looks like it'll be pretty durable. BUT. Several things prompted me to look for a replacement. First, the volume buttons do NOT work. I have to take my iPad out of the case to adjust the volume. Second, this case doesn't put my iPad to sleep when I close it unless I remember to do it manually, next time I pick it up it's dead. No other case I've had this in Problem. I went back to my old case to see if it was the iPad itself and there was no sleep mode issue. and thirdly, i'm not sure what kind of pen it is for, but none of my apple pencils fit in the holder, there's almost an inch less room for a pen.
