These are NOT headphones! First, the product will not charge with the included (or identical) charger, nor will it reset or work with any of the online troubleshooting tips. My ears may not fit, but in terms of function 1) they were difficult and uncomfortable to put on (compared to earplugs) and they fit in the ear canal but on the outside. them - completely bizarre and uncomfortable. In the 12 seconds before they shut off, the audio was very quiet and since they don't sit in the ear canal or even directly in it, any outside noise you want to block goes straight in. If I could give negative 5 stars I would - totally worthless.
