Just received. Trimmed a beard and so far I like it. Excellent trimmer, feels good in the hand. Came to zero range so I dived in right away. Bad move, I recommend moving the blade back a bit. The thing is, the trimmer felt so comfortable on my face (no stinging or irritation) that I didn't even realize how sharp it was. The lip above my mustache was red. Whip it in with a cold washcloth to close pores and some aloe vera and it's no problem. The moral of the story is these things will give you a close shave, they're sharp so don't start with zero clearance.
