So, I just received the wig. Everything is OK. Not the best quality. The ends look and feel thin and roasted. I also find that the length is misleading. Only the hair at the top of the wig barely reaches 18 inches. I'd say it's more like a 16 inch with the last two being very thin and dry. Makes you want to cut it. The hair at the back of the wig is approximately 14-15 inches long. I have a feeling if you're selling something that is 18 inches long, all the hair in each part of the wig should be 18 inches, giving it more volume and a layered look. If I ever buy from this company again I will definitely get a longer one so I can cut and style it the way I like.
