Great solution with great customer service

The program was easy enough for my team of four people - we got right up and running quickly! We didn't have any issues at all using this software; I think it's well designed so that there aren't many kinks when you're implementing something as simple as an onboarding form.
There are some features where additional training would be helpful but those are minor quibbles compared to how much better our experience has been since utilizing this platform over others available. Our only issue now seems to be related to client requests such as "Can someone fill me in about X?".

I really loved the ability for them to do a quick audit of all our current onboarding forms, and to then give us a new, pre populated form with a new set of questions
