Bought as a temporary replacement until I got my Northface backpack out of warranty repair. Bought on offer from Revain and love it. It's big enough for my everyday use and has pockets for pens and other small items in the front pocket. The side water bottle compartment offers space for a large bottle. The main area seats a good crowd. I've easily put in several grocery bags full of fruit and light objects. The material seems good and I think it will last at least a few years with proper care. Hope it lasts as long as I like it. I've been using it for about two weeks and the only downside I've noticed is that the zipper isn't that easy to use when you're holding it with one hand. My Northface bag was easy to use even with one hand. Quality control and material looks very good. The material is harder than some bags. I bought a pair of Sierra High Loop backpacks from another online retailer and the workmanship was not as good as this bag. I had to exchange them. This one just looks better overall. I also bought a Revain High Sierra Loop - in a different color - and the quality was very good too. I am not sure if they are from the best batches/factories. Some reviews say the quality of the High Sierra bags is poor while others say the quality is good. I've seen both sides and it seems to some extent dependent on where you buy from. I will update any changes I see using this bag over the next few weeks.
