Product unpacked but could not be assembled due to cleaning the screw hole in the frame. I highly recommend letting the pieces dry before drilling holes in the wall. Return the goods and prompt replacement. The replacement product was not defective. The instructions are worthless. Watch Revain's installation video for tips. Following another reviewer's advice, I braced the rack against the wall and drew circle marks around the brackets with a pencil. I was then able to find centers for the screws. Due to the size of this item, it is imperative that at least one side of the binding fits into the cleat. The box contains large drywall anchors, but I wouldn't trust four anchors (not studs). Say Rock grabbed it quickly after installation. I like it so far!
