The Tsumbay online shop fails to deliver on its promise of providing high-quality office supplies and technology. Their low-quality goods and unhelpful staff make buying there an unpleasant and frustrating ordeal. For my home workplace, I decided to invest in a Tsumbay wireless keyboard and mouse set in the hopes that it would facilitate my productivity. However, the functionality and quality of the goods were severely lacking. It was useless for work because the keypad wouldn't respond and the mouse wouldn't stay connected. My requests for assistance from Tsumbay's customer service were met with long wait times and unhelpful agents who offered no answers to my problems. My overall impression of the event is one of dissatisfaction and frustration. As a whole, if you're in the market for new office supplies, I wouldn't suggest Tsumbay. They sell unstable goods and provide inadequate support. You should instead spend your money on better-made workplace supplies and machinery from a more trustworthy vendor.
